11fountains is one of the main art projects of Leeuwarden-Fryslân 2018, Cultural Capital of Europe and is new cultural heritage. The project is supported by the Province of Fryslân, Merk Fryslân and the six municipalities involved: Leeuwarden, Súdwest-Fryslân, Dongeradeel, Waadhoeke, Harlingen and De Fryske Marren.
